New Shopify Flow action: “Cancel a shipping label”
We’ve added a new action to the Shopify Flow action list: Cancel a shipping label.
This lets you automatically cancel shipping labels (AWB) based on the conditions you define in your flows.
Example workflow
T0: A shipping label is already created, but the parcel hasn’t been shipped yet.
T1: The customer asks to change the product or add another item.
T2: The operator must cancel the existing label, update the order, and generate a new label.
With Flow, this process can be automated. For instance, when a specific condition is met (e.g., the order receives a tag like needs-awb-cancel), the flow can automatically cancel the existing shipping label, then trigger the next steps (update order, create a new label, notify staff).
