This error occurs when the price table set in xConnector for the Cargus courier is no longer up-to-date, and the data needs to be updated. You must select the new price table valid on the current date.
The steps to solve this error are:
xConnector > Profile > Connected services > Cargus
Click on Test the connection (the courier API is called, which will return the updates)
The Price table field is updated with the latest changes made in the API
Select the new value for the Price table field
Save
Now you can return to generating shipping labels and save them.
