Courier API error: Price table ID does not belong to this client!

This error occurs when the price table set in xConnector for the Cargus courier is no longer up to date. To fix it, you need to select the new price table valid on the current date.



Steps to solve this error:

  1. Go to xConnector > Profile > Connected Services > Cargus.

  2. Click Test connection to retrieve any updates from the Cargus platform.

  3. Select the current value in the Price table field.

  4. Select the contract-allocated service in the Default service field.

  5. Click Save to apply your settings.



You can now continue generating and saving your shipping labels.
