Courier API error: Price table ID does not belong to this client!

This error occurs when the price table set in xConnector for the Cargus courier is no longer up-to-date, and the data needs to be updated. You must select the new price table valid on the current date.


The steps to solve this error are:

  • xConnector > Profile > Connected services > Cargus

  • Click on Test the connection (the courier API is called, which will return the updates)

  • The Price table field is updated with the latest changes made in the API

  • Select the new value for the Price table field

  • Save



Now you can return to generating shipping labels and save them.
