
This error occurs when the price table set in xConnector for the Cargus courier is no longer up to date. To fix it, you need to select the new price table valid on the current date.
Steps to solve this error:
Go to xConnector → Profile → Connected services → Cargus
Click Test connection
Complete / verify the following fields:
Pickup location: select the pickup location
Price table: the last price table
Default service: Economic Standard < 31 kg or Multipiece depending on your contract
Click Save
You can now continue generating and saving your shipping labels.
