Factura nu a putut fi creată! Hash-ul transmis nu este corect

Aceasta eroare apare cand incercati sa generati o factura FGO iar setarile contului nu sunt corect facute in xConnector.


Accesati xConnector > Profile > Connected services > FGO si verificati daca:

  • tab1 - Account settings: CIF si API key sunt corect introduse. Introduceti din nou datele prin completare ci nu prin comanda copy-paste, nu prin date salvate in browser. 

  • tab1 - Account settings: serviciul este activ (trebuie sa fie ON)


  • click pe Test connection si Save

  • tab 2 - Invoice preferences: sunt completate corect toate campurile

  • completati si Save
