This error refers to the type of service you use when generating documents for Cargus.
In the shipping label generation window, in the first tab, at the Service type, select the service agreed by the contract with Cargus.
You can see below all the available service types.
After you select the correct Service type and you save a shipping label, this setting will be valid for the next shipping label so you don't have to select it again.
