Delivery to a locker order but locker is not selected

If you offer the locker delivery option on the Checkout page and the locker map is displayed on the Thank You page, it can happen that in some cases, the customer might forget or close the page before selecting a locker.


For this situation, we have implemented a Flow where the store is notified and will receive an email every time an order is placed with locker delivery, but a locker has not been selected within 10 minutes of placing the order.


Steps to Implement the Flow: 

  1. Shopify > Apps > Flows

  2. Import and Activate the Flow (see attached)

  3. Edit the Flow and modify the Email Address


As a result:


For each order with locker delivery where the locker is not selected within a maximum of 10 minutes, you will receive a warning email.



After you agree with the customer, you or they can add the locker. You can find 3 methods below:

1. You can instruct the customer to revisit the Thank you page by clicking the View order link in the Shipping Confirmation email. This will open the map popup window, allowing them to select their desired pickup location.


2. You can select the locker for them by accessing the order's details in Shopify. 

  •  xConnector - Click on the round button - new Shopify tab it will open the order's details 



  • Click on More actions - View order status page - The map pop-up window will open and you can select the desired locker


3. When generating the shipping label in the Recipient tab >  Collect point: here you can select the locker
