How to check if the locker is selected on the order?
1. Check the locker details in xConnector
- Go to xConnector
- Click on the order number
- Up-right there is Additional details
- Here should be displayed a Location ID, the Location name and the ConnectorID
2. Check the locker details in Shopify
- Go to Shopify
- Click on the order number
- Up-right there is Additional details
- Here should be displayed a Location ID, the Location name and the ConnectorID
How to select the locker?
When a customer doesn't select a pickup point, there are four ways to save the correct address on the order.
1. Email confirmation - View your order
You can tell the customer to revisit the Thank you page by clicking the View order link in their Shipping Confirmation email. The map pop-up window will open, and they can select their desired pickup location.
2. Shopify - View order status page
Alternatively, you can select the pickup location for them by accessing the order's details in Shopify, then going to "More actions" and "View order status page."
- Shortcut from xConnector - Click on the round button
- In Shopify, go to More actions, then View order status page. The map pop-up will open, and you can select the desired pickup location.
3. xConnector - Shipping label generation
When generating the shipping label under Recipient tab > Collect point. This will open a map pop-up window where you can select the desired pickup location.
4. xConnector - Additional details
Click on the order number in xConnector, then check the Additional details section for the Location ID. This will open a map pop-up window where you can select the desired pickup location.
