This error occurs due to insufficient user permissions.
The user does not have access to orders.
Since xConnector modifies orders (e.g. generating a shipping label and marking the order as fulfilled), order access is required.
Without order view permissions, the user also lacks order edit permissions, therefore the operation fails.
