Update 24.02.2026: Locker not selected - send customer notification

We have implemented a new feature that automatically notifies customers when they select locker delivery but do not choose a specific locker.


The notification email is sent via the xConnector server through Shopify Flow and is triggered when:

  • the customer selects a locker delivery method, but no locker is selected, and

  • a valid email address is present in the order.



This helps ensure that customers complete the locker selection promptly, allowing you to proceed with shipping without delays or additional phone calls.
