How to activate PPL Lockers on the map widget?
1. How to connect PPL service?
To connect PPL service in xConnector go to:
xConnector > Profile > Connected services > Connect a new service> Connect a courier > select PPL.
You must fill in your credentials received through the PPL contract and your user should be activated in the API.
1.1 Fill in the credentials:
Username
Password
Customer Id
Default service: You can select your default service that will be selected as the default when you generate Shipping labels.
PPL use different services for generating labels, and for each one, you should fill in the corresponding series.
Check all the services, determine which services you want to use and then ask the PPL contact person for the serials for each service.
Fill in the series from the first one to the last.
Here you can find an example:
If you receive for PPL Parcel CZ Private (Current value) service the serial number: 200001- 200100, you must fill in the first serial number in the first field and the last serial number in the second field.
1.2. Click on Test connection
1.3. Save.
If you receive the message "Connection successful," it means that you have connected to the PPL API
and now you are able to generate shipping labels.
If you receive the message "Connection denied," it means that you have not entered the credentials correctly, or your user is not activated in the API.
Check with your contact person at PPL if your user is activated in the API.
Recheck the entered data, making sure that you did not copy any blank spaces when you used the Copy-Paste command to enter the access credentials.
