Service Access Verification

Before connecting DPD to the xConnector application, please verify the correctness of your access credentials by logging into the DPD Czechia platform.

Configuration

To connect the DPD Czechia service, go to xConnector > Settings > Connected Services > Connect a new service > Shipping labels > Connect a courier > and select it from the dropdown list.

1. Fill in mandatory

Username
Password
Customer Id
Customer DSW

All the credentials are provided by your courier

2. Click on Test Connection

3. Select Customer address

4. Save
