This error occurs for the Curiera courier when the sender's data in xConnector do not match the sender's data in the Curiera platform.


  1. In the Curiera platform, data can only be saved by a Curiera representative. 

  2. In xConnector, the sender's data is saved here: xConnector - Profile. Your Account - Shop Address

The data entered in xConnector must matched exactly as the data saved in the Curiera platform.
