Order cancellation via xConnector mobile app
This update changes how order cancellation works in the xConnector mobile app for orders that already have tracking events.
Previous behaviour (until now 07 nov 2025)
For orders that had tracking events:
When the order was cancelled via the xConnector mobile app:
the fulfillment status was cancelled and the order changed to Unfulfilled
the delivery status was cleared
New behaviour (from this update)
For orders that have tracking events:
When the order is cancelled via the xConnector mobile app:
the fulfillment status is no longer cancelled → the order remains Fulfilled
the delivery status is no longer cleared
