SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

For the first 30 days, you benefit from a Free Trial.
After the 30-day trial expires, the default plan becomes Free, which does not include automation features.
With the Free plan, you can generate documents at no cost, but only individually, not simultaneously (shipping label + invoice).
Each subscription plan includes a limited number of documents. One shipping label and one invoice are counted as two documents.
To upgrade or downgrade, go to xConnector → Profile → Subscription and click Upgrade or Downgrade.

Only an admin user can make subscription changes, so make sure you are logged in to your Shopify admin with an admin account before opening xConnector.
