In the return form, it is no longer mandatory to identify the order number using the # prefix.
Until July 14, 2026, the form only accepted order numbers including the prefix exactly as they appear in Shopify, for example: #2217
From now on, the # prefix is optional, so the order can be identified using either #2217 or 2217.
