Courier API error: Order no. #...: The destination branch or submission to a foreign post office is not specified. Please enter them.
When generating a shipping label using Packeta Courier, errors can occur if the External carrier field it is not filled in
Generating a single shipping label:
In step 2 - Recipient, select a partner courier to pick up the package by filling in the External carrier field with the appropriate value.
Generating BULK shipping labels:
The External carrier field is unavailable when generating bulk shipping labels.
So it would be best to define Packeta courier with the same name as the external carrier, which will be taken automatically. You can check the list of external carriers by generating a single shipping label and checking the External carrier list at step 2 - Recipient.
Save the external carrier’s name in the Packeta connection window in the Service name section:
Go to xConnector - Profile - Connected services - Packeta - Service name (rename this field with the external carrier name).
If working with multiple external carriers, add another Packeta connector and rename it with the exact name of the external carrier.
