Courier API error: Invalid/ missing parameters for service(s): FDS

This error occurs for GLS service when the order doesn’t contain the client’s e-mail address, and this field is mandatory in the courier’s API.


You have 2 options:

1. When you generate the shipping label fill in the email address


2. You can save the customer email address in Shopify


Edit contact information - Fill in the customer email address - Save
