If you offer the extra service "Customer can check products upon delivery" at checkout, you can automatically have this option checked when generating shipping labels. You no longer need to manually check this extra service.

Follow the steps below:

1. In Shopify, save a specific SKU for the "Check on Delivery" service offered on your website. Example: verification

2. Navigate in Shopify to:

   • Settings > Custom Data > Orders

   • Click on Add Definition

   • Add the metafield check-on-delivery according to the data below and click Save.

   • 

3. In Shopify:

   • Go to Apps > Flows

   • Import and activate  the attached  flow. 

   • Replace the existing SKU name if preferred (you may change the SKU from the default verificare to another one of your choice). 
     
     

4. In xConnector: 

   • Go to xConnector > Profile > Preferences > Automation >  check this option  Read orders metafields
     
     
     

How it works:

• The Flow will automatically add the metafield check-on-delivery to the order.

• The xConnector app reads the metafield at the order level and automatically checks the option "Customer can check products upon delivery."

• When generating a shipping label for an order that has this metafield, the option will be automatically checked.
