Update 13.10.2025 - Flow action: Dispatch order

This Flow action automatically marks orders as Dispatched, so they no longer appear in xConnector under New orders (the queue used for shipping label processing) but in Dispatched category




One use case could be the following:


  • The shop offers also Store Pickup delivery method.
  • Pickup orders land in xConnector alongside shippable orders under New orders.
  • Pickup orders should not be processed for shipping labels and should not remain in New orders.
  • With this automation, pickup orders are auto-moved out by setting their status to Dispatched  so you no longer have to avoid them when creating shipping labels
