In the Dispatcher module we have introduced the Cancel Order option.
By default, once the shipping label is scanned in this module, the order is cancelled. Additionally, the following options can be selected:
choose between invoice cancellation or invoice reversal (credit note)
Refund order – automatically issues a refund in Shopify (Shopify marks the order as Refunded)
Restock – products are returned to stock
How the Dispatcher module helps
allows scanning all parcels prepared for courier pickup, providing a clear record of dispatched shipments
by scanning the shipping label, the order is automatically marked as Dispatched and moved from the In progress category to Dispatched
reduces human errors, such as printing or processing the same shipping label twice. If a shipping label is already marked as Dispatched and is scanned again, the system will detect it and prevent the parcel from being dispatched a second time.
Dispachd order:
- mark the order as Dispached
- move the order from In progress tab in Dispached tab
Cancel order:
- cancel order by default
- depending on the selected option, it either cancels the invoice or creates a credit note (invoice reversal)
