We have an update for all Releasit (one-tick upsell) users who encountered the following invoicing error:
"Insufficient stock quantity for product Priority delivery!"What was the issue
This occurred because the fee defined in the Releasit form was being sent to the invoicing system as a product, instead of a service.
What has changed
As of 16.04.2026, the Releasit team has fixed this behavior.
Charges such as:
- delivery fees
- packaging fees
- other similar charges
are now correctly sent to Shopify as services, not products.
Result
This error should no longer occur.
We recommend to test the invoicing flow again and let us know how it works for you.

How to set a one-tick upsell in Releasit
1. Add the service in Shopify
- create it as a draft (so it is not published on your website)
- set inventory as not tracked
- set it as not a physical product
- add a SKU
- add a price
2. Add the service in the Releasit form

- connect the upsell to a product in your store
