The MyGLS (RO, HU, CZ, SK, SI, HR) service is available for the following countries:
- Romania
- Hungary
- Czech Republic
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
- Croatia
Service Access Verification
Before connecting to the xConnector application, please verify that your login credentials are correct by signing in to the MyGLS website.
Also, check your contract to confirm that the Client ID is correct. If the Client ID is not specified in the contract, please contact your GLS Romania account representative to request it.
If the login is successful, you will be able to connect to the xConnector application using the same credentials.
Please contact the GLS support department to activate API access and to obtain your Client ID.
Configuration
To connect the MyGLS service, go to xConnector → Profile → Connected Services → Connect a new service → Shipping labels → Connect a courier → MyGLS.

Access Credentials
Please fill in the values you normally use to log in to the MyGLS platform.
The following details are required to activate the MyGLS service:
- Client Number
- Username
- Password
Country – select the country specified in your contract with MyGLS.
Trim white space – set if OFF. You can set this option to ON only if the shipping label template is not printed correctly.
Add control digit – set this option to ON to enable correlation between the shipping label number and the tracking number.
xConnector Specific
Service name is the label under which the connected service will appear in the xConnector interface. This field is pre-filled with the courier name, in this case MyGLS.
It is recommended to adjust the service name so that it matches the courier service name used in Shopify. This allows automatic selection based on the courier chosen by the customer in the shipping document generation popup.
Service status
ON – the service is active and you can generate shipping labels for MyGLS
OFF – the service is inactive and will no longer appear in the shipping document generation popup.

Locker map (Collect points)
MyGLS offers a Collect Points (lockers) service, allowing customers to select a MyGLS locker where they can pick up their order.

Reconciliation
Based on the cash-on-delivery (COD) remittance report received from MyGLS, COD payments can be automatically recorded as collected:
- Shopify: the order payment status is updated from Payment pending to Paid
- Billing service: the invoice status is updated from Issued to Paid
