Check the service access with your credentials

Before you connect the GLS Online service through xConnector, ensure that your login details are accurate by attempting to log in on the GLS website.

If you're able to log in successfully, you can then use the same credentials to establish a connection via the xConnector application.

Additionally, confirm that you have received your Client ID. If you haven't, reach out to your GLS contact person and request it.
