BULK shipping labels
This option allows you to create multiple shipping labels simultaneously by selecting numerous orders and going through the document-issuing steps just once. The documents are all saved in a PDF document, and you can print them all simultaneously.
Generally, before creating Bulk shipping labels, you ensure that all the addresses are correct. If they are not, you must correct them through the address correction module (see the icon in a car shape where:
Green icon - the address/ postal code is correct.
Yellow icon - the address/ postal code is incomplete.
Red icon - the address/ postal code is incorrect.
Grey icon - the address correction module did not run (it wasn’t activated). For correction, press the icon, and confirm the correct address proposed by xConnector through the Fix button.
You can validate the address by clicking the icon, the Fix button, and then Updating.

Or, you can manually correct the incorrect address (xConnector > click on order's number> Create document > tab Recipient > correct the address > click Fix

! Currently, this feature is available just for Romanian address nomenclature.
How to create shipping labels in xConnector:
Go to
xConnector > Orders > New Orders
Choose more than one order (maximum 20) by clicking the box next to the order’s number.
Click the green ‘Create documents’ button on the right-hand side.
A pop-up window will appear with three tabs you have to go through just by clicking the ‘Next’ button (right-bottom of the pop-up window)

Courier
In this tab, you can choose which of your integrated couriers you want to use to dispatch all the orders you selected, and also, you can check other options available for the selected courier.
Content: in this tab, you can fill in details about:
Including shipping price in COD. This option is available just for cash on delivery payments, and it can be checked if you need to include or not the shipping price in the COD shipments.
Payment of shipment. It refers to who pays the shipment service to the courier. Depending on your contract with the courier - it can be the Sender or the Recipient.
Shipment type. Depending on what you send to the customer, it can be an envelope or a box.
Height, Width, Length: if you selected Box, you must fill in the box measurements here. You can set the default measurements in Shopify for each product then the values will be automatically filled in here.
Observations: In this tab, you can check two options:
Mark the order as Dispatched
sending a Shopify notification (it will send the Shipping confirmation customized in
Shopify > Shipping confirmation
)
5. Once you’ve completed all the required fields in all four tabs click Create documents.
The following window will tell you that the shipments have been successfully created.
At this point you can:
Open the Picking list
Open the Packing list
Open the Delivery notes
Scan the QR code or open the Picking list
Or if you just want to print the shipping labels you can open the PDF document by clicking on the Shipping labels button
