In different situations, when an order or multiple orders are not imported into xConnector, we can add a tag forcing Shopify to send the order(s) data to xConnector.
Here's how to add a tag in Shopify:
- Shopify - Select order(s)
- Click on the More actions "..." option
- Select "Add tag"
- Add a tag. You can choose an existing one or create a new one.
- If you create a new tag, just click on Add
- Save. After selecting an existing tag or creating a new one, save the changes by clicking Save button.
Then, go back to xConnector, refresh the New orders page, and the orders that have been tagged will be displayed here.
You can also filter all tagged order in xConnector:
- See the left panel - Filters - Tag
If you click on the tag, xConnector will display only those orders tagged with the name you selected
