This error occurs when generating the SmartBill invoice and when the Use product code option is checked in the SmartBill platform, but the product in the order for which the invoice was generated did not have a SKU code defined in Shopify when the order was placed.
In order to generate the invoice for this order, you must disable the Use product code option, save the invoice, then you can check the option again.
SmartBill Cloud > Configurare > Preferinte generale
To prevent this error in the future, you must make sure that in Shopify you have defined SKU codes for all products before receiving orders for them.
And don't forget that SKU in Shopify should be the same with product code in SmartBill.
