Sameday: the shipping label is generated with RON currency for an order placed in HUF

The shipping label is generated with RON currency for an order placed in HUF
-> This happens when the shipping address does not exactly match the Sameday address nomenclature.

For example, for addresses in Budapest:

– the County must be set to Pest
– the City must be written exactly in the standard format accepted by Sameday.

In the example below, a comma and a space are missing, and the county Pest is not set

If the shipping label (AWB) is generated with an incorrect currency:

1. Cancel the incorrectly generated AWB:

2. Check the table to identify the correct address and update the delivery address before generating a new AWB

3. Make sure that the city and county match the address defined in the Sameday nomenclature
