Cota tva a produsului xxxx nu a fost gasita pe server!

Aceasta eroare apare atunci cand API-ul SmartBill nu recunoaste cota TVA transmisa din comanda - cota TVA nu exista in lista cotelor TVA din SmartBIll.



Solutie:


Este necesar să adăugați noua cotă TVA în SmartBill, apoi să faceți un refresh al datelor în xConnector.

Pasii sunt urmatorii:



  1. In SmartBill, adaugati noua cota TVA.
  2. In xConnector mergeti la: Profile → Connected services → SmartBill.
  3. Faceti un screenshot la setarile actuale din:
    • Invoice preferences
    • Warehouse preferences
  4. In Invoice preferences:
    • apasati Test connection
    • completati din nou campurile exact ca in screenshot
    • apasati Save
  5. In Warehouse preferences:
    • NU apasati Test connection
    • completati campurile exact ca in screenshot
    • apasati Save
