Aceasta eroare apare atunci cand API-ul SmartBill nu recunoaste cota TVA transmisa din comanda - cota TVA nu exista in lista cotelor TVA din SmartBIll.
Solutie:
Este necesar să adăugați noua cotă TVA în SmartBill, apoi să faceți un refresh al datelor în xConnector.
Pasii sunt urmatorii:
- In SmartBill, adaugati noua cota TVA.
- In xConnector mergeti la: Profile → Connected services → SmartBill.
- Faceti un screenshot la setarile actuale din:
- Invoice preferences
- Warehouse preferences
- In Invoice preferences:
- apasati Test connection
- completati din nou campurile exact ca in screenshot
- apasati Save
- In Warehouse preferences:
- NU apasati Test connection
- completati campurile exact ca in screenshot
- apasati Save
