Depending on your active subscription plan, xConnector allows you to import older orders within the following time limits:

• Free and Free Trial: Up to 1 week
• Basic: Up to 6 months
• Advanced: Up to 12 months
• Enterprise: Up to 24 months

How to import older orders after upgrading to a paid plan

1. Go to Shopify → Orders.
2. Filter orders by the period you want to import.
3. Select all orders from that period.
4. Add a tag to the selected orders (you can use any text, such as import_xconnector or refresh).
5. Save your changes.

When you add the tag, Shopify automatically sends the order updates to xConnector, and xConnector imports the orders as long as they fall within the order history limit of your active subscription plan.
