Settings


Before connecting to the Posta Magyar service, please ensure that your sender information is filled in correctly and completely:


xConnector  > Profile > Your account > Shop address 




How to connect Posta Magyar service?


xConnector > Profile > Connected Services > Connect a new service > Shipping labels > Connect a courier > Posta Magyar:





1. Fill in your credentials 


API Key: fill in the API key provided by your courier

API Secret: fill in the API secret provided by your courier
Accounting code (megállapodás kód): Fill in your megállapodás kód
Agreement number (vevőkód): Fill in your vevőkód


2. Click on Test connection


3. Save




When you generate a shipping label, at the first step you need to select one of the available Service type:


A_175_UZL:  MPL Business Parcel 
A_177_MPC: Postal Parcel



How to close a shipping label in order to finalize the process?




A unique feature of the Posta Magyar service is that you must mark the shipping labels as "Closed" at the end of each day. Therefore, after issuing all the shipping labels for a given day, you need to follow the steps below:


1. Go to xConnector - All orders

2. Filter by Connector - Posta Magyar (see the filters on the left screen)

    Filter by the fulfillment date

3. Select all the orders 

4. Click on the arrow near the Create documents button

5. Click on Close work day 






How to check the Tracking informations?



After you Close a shipping label you and your clients can check also the Tracking informations:


Shopify - click on the tracking number 




The tracking page will open and you can check all the infos:






How to dispatch the orders?


A parcel picking up can be triggered by a phone call to the courier, or a special email to szallitasrendeles@posta.hu mailbox.
