Dispatch multiple parcels for a single order

When the products in an order require packaging into multiple parcels, you need to generate not just one shipping label, but two or more. Therefore, when generating an AWB, you must specify the number of parcels in the Content step.

For a single shipping label with multiple parcels:

When generating a single shipping label, in the Content step, edit the "Parcel" field and enter the desired number of parcels.

Suppose the courier requests parcel dimensions through the API. In that case, you can either select predefined* values in xConnector, or manually enter the dimensions of the parcels in the same shipping label generation window.
You can have different dimension for each Parcel - the Parcel type can pre-fill the dimensions but if you need them different, than you can just edit the Height, Width Lenght, Weight fileds.

For bulk shipping labels with multiple parcels:

You can have only the same dimensions for all Parcels.
