1. Connect a shipping service

By integrating with your shipping providers, xConnector helps you automatically create and print shipping labels, sending tracking information to your store and clients.

xConnector allows the connection of multiple courier services, and you can do this individually for each courier.

Check the service access

Before connecting your courier service to the xConnector application, check if :

• your access data is correct by logging in to the courier platform using the same credentials. 
• your user is activated in the courier’s API. If connecting to the courier service also requires a subscription key, verify it in your contract or ask for it to the courier support department.

xConnector > Profile > Connected services > Connect a new service > Connect a new service > Connect a courier - Select the courier

You must fill in the user and the password provided by the courier, and depending on the API’s courier requirements, you’ll also need an API Key, Subscription Key, a client ID or other data like Price Table, Printer template etc (depending on the courier)

After you fill in all the required fields, click on Test connection and after you receive Successful connection message, Save.

Important note!

When you fill in the data please don't use the copy-paste command. It often happens to copy the text including spaces and the connection will fail. 

Example: make sure you don't copy a blank space when you fill in your data
