Your first step is here: set up your account by filling in the required fields.
Shop Address
You can fill in your shop address details here:
xConnector > Profile > Your account > Shop Address
Part of the information is already filled in automatically with data saved in Shopify.
You can fill in the missing information, and also you can modify them.
After each modification, you must save it by clicking the Save button.
The shop's address will be used when the Fulfilment location selector is disabled. This will be the default picking address sent to the courier. All the fields are mandatory.
Fulfilment location
You can fill in your fulfilment location details here:
xConnector > Profile > Your account > Fulfilment location
If your shop has multiple fulfilment locations, you must check the box Show fulfilment location selector, which activates the location list when you create shipping labels. So, you can select the location from which the parcels are dispatched.
Company information
Here you can fill in your registered company information and then click Save.
