How to connect the BillingoHU invoicing service in xConnector?


1. Go to xConnector - Profile - Connected services - Connect a new service - Invoices - Connect an invoice service - select BillingoHU



2. Fill in and Save data in the next tabs:




Account settings


Step 1. Fill in the data


  • API Key: Fill in your API Key (provided by a BillingoHU contact person).
  • Service name: This is the name that will be displayed in xConnector. You can rename it as desired.
  • Enable service: Select ON to activate the service in xConnector.


Step 2. Test connection


  • Click on Test connection to connect xConnector the BillingoHU API.


Step 3. Save the data


  • Click on Save to store all the data




Invoice preferences 



Step 1. Fill in the data


  • Block: Select your user
  • Bank account: Select your bank account
  • Due days: Fill in the payment due days for the invoice
  • Measure unit: Fill in your products measure unit
  • Force VAT Tax percentage:  Choose Yes if you need to override the Shopify tax information and use the selected VAT rate
  • Force VAT included: Select if your override is vat is included or not 
  • VAT TAX percentage: Fill in the VAT percentage you wish to use for the override.
  • Shipment service name: Fill in the name of the delivery service to be displayed on the invoice.
  • Shipment product code: Fill in a product code (SKU) for the shipment. The same as defined in BillingoHu platform
  • Invoice description: Add a text that you wish to include on the invoice 
  • Electronic invoice: Check On if you need an Electronic invoice. Check Off if you don't need the electronic invoice. 
  • Send product description: Check On to include the variant title in the product description on the invoice.
  • Send product code: Check On to include the product code on the invoice.



Step 2. Save the data


  • Click on Save to store all the data

Please note that for BillingoHU, invoice reversal is not implemented—only cancellation is available.
